CURRENT NEWS

We are currently awaiting a Notice of Decision (NOD) by IDEM to Approve or Deny the permit. We expect this to occur sometime before August 2008.

Governor Daniels signed SENATE BILL 43 into law on March 24, 2008. Certain provisions of the bill apply to permits for solid waste landfills. IDEM is reviewing this bill to determine its affect on pending landfill permit applications.
